Magician Voted America"s Favorite Mystifier on NBC"s Hit TV show 'Phenomenon'

Winner of NBC’s reality show Phenomenon, Mike Super will seek to shock and amaze with his magic, illusion and mind-bending abilities when he visits Wilmington College Oct. 9, at 7:30 p.m., in Heiland Theatre.

The illusionist will present the second program in the College’s 2013-14 Issues & Artists Series.

Many find the secret to Super’s success is his natural ability to entertain and fascinate people. He has pioneered a new form of magic with his own inimitable, down-to-earth style and personality. Super has brought the art of magic back to the people. He is known for transcending the “trick” and connecting personally with his audience.

Super’s life has been characterized by an obsession and passion for magic.

He is the only magician in history to win a live magic competition on primetime, network television. In addition, his other accomplishments include being named Entertainer of the Year, Best Performing Artist of the Year, Best Novelty Performer of the Year and he was voted America’s Favorite Mystifier on NBC’s hit TV show Phenomenon.
