Wellness Pursuit 2013
January 27 - March 23

The Wellness Pursuit 2013 is a challenge to the entire WC community to participate in overall wellness. It is an 8 week challenge that encompasses everything from exercise and nutrition to sleep and relaxation. The goal is to help individuals become aware of wellness. What is wellness? How do I encompass wellness into my everyday life? We hope to answer these questions and begin a lifestyle change in our campus community. Between the Student Health Center and the WHPC we will be offering approximately 70 wellness activities on campus during the 8 weeks. Besides these activities we have tied the Wellness Pursuit 2013 to many of the other campus activities. Participants can earn points for joining a yoga class in the underground, participating in spinning, and attending programs on campus. These are just a few examples of how this challenge will work.
