Welcome Accepted Students!
This is the place for everything you need to know before you begin classes this fall!
Letters have been mailed and emailed to all students who have not yet paid their deposit or completed their registration forms. Students who are still completing the enrollment process are advised to keep in contact with their admission counselor. Please adhere to the deadlines so we can include you in our Fall 2014 class!

Summer Orientation ("Summer O") for all incoming first-time freshman will be held on June 24th, July 25th, and August 12th. All incoming freshman are required to attend one of the Summer O days. Information and an opportunity to register is mailed once your deposit has been received. Final confirmations are emailed to the email address on your reservation form approximately ten days before the program. Please note, our June and July Summer O dates are now at capacity. The August date is still available.
Paying Your Deposit
Once you have been accepted to the College, your Enrollment and Housing Deposits are due. Please refer to the Enrollment Confirmation form in your acceptance packet for instructions on how to pay your deposit online. Deposits can also be paid by check or money order through the mail. Cash is only accepted if paid in person. Deposits for first-time freshman are due no later than August 4, 2014.
Registration & Housing
Class registration and housing information for the coming year are mailed to all students who have paid their enrollment deposit. Missed your letter? Please contact us. All registration forms for first-time freshman must be turned in no later than August 5, 2014 in order to be enrolled for the fall term.
Student One Stop- Student Billing
New incoming students will receive one paper statement mailed home for the Fall 2014 Semester. For all subsequent semesters your statement is available online through WILpay. The statement will be available to view and make online payments for Fall 2014 on July 1st. Students have the option to pay in full or set up a 5 month Installment Payment Plan (IPP) with the first payment being due July 20, 2014. Students will re-enroll in the IPP each semester. Students will need to add a Parent Pin to allow parents to sign in to make payments, view their student’s account, and receive email notifications. File Your FAFSA
Financial Aid awards are packaged on a first-come, first-served basis as we receive your FAFSA results. Still have to fill out the FAFSA? Visit fafsa.gov to begin today. Have a question about your financial aid? Please contact us at email@example.com or 1-800-341-9318 ext. 260. We are here to help!
Fall Orientation and Start of Classes
Fall Orientation will be held for all incoming students on Thursday, August 21 and Friday, August 22. Classes will begin on Monday, August 25th. More information on Fall Orientation will be mailed in early August.
Final Transcripts and Immunization Forms- Due by August 25th
The offer of admission is contingent upon receipt of your official, final high school transcript (and official, final college transcript(s) if you have earned college credit while attending high school). Your official final high school transcript should be sent from your high school to the Office of Admission and must indicate your date of graduation. If your final high school transcript is not received, your registration for classes will be cancelled. Faxed transcripts are not considered to be official.
Immunization and Medical forms must also be received by August 25th. Students who have not turned these in risk having their registration cancelled.
