Robert Touchton, Chair
Wilmington College adjunct professor, teaching Business Law. Retired Administrative Law Judge in
the Office of Hearings and Appeals for the Social Security Administration in Cincinnati, OH, having
served from 1994-2004. Previous professional experiences were in the fields of law and business.
Took leave of absence from Board to serve Wilmington College as Vice President for College Advancement
August, 2007-February, 2009. Community activities have included serving as a youth sports coach and
various leadership roles (council president, elder, and chair of a capital campaign) in the Ascension Lutheran

Douglass W. McDonald, Treasurer
CEO, Cincinnati Museum Center & National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. Member of

Robert E. Chason
Retired (2006) chief executive officer for UC Davis Medical Center. Served for 15 years prior to
joining the medical center in 1994 in the UC Davis Office of Student Affairs as assistant, associate
vice chancellor and acting vice chancellor. Twelve years at the State University of New York at Stony
Brook, serving in various positions, including assistant vice president for business administration
and business manager. In 2006, joined the California Hospital Association as Executive Director,
Disaster Planning and Response to coordinate preparations of California's disaster response plan.
Currently serving as Interim CEO at Rideout Hospital in Marysville California. Board member,
Fremont/Rideout Hospital in Marysville/Yuba City. Bachelor's degree from Wilmington College

Peggy J. Sturdivant
In 1982, Peggy began her professional career in the higher education field as the Associate Director
of admissions and Financial Aid at Wilmington College. In 1987, she joined the Cincinnait ATP
Championship (now the Tennis Masters Series Cincinnati) as the Marketing and Ticket Manager.
In 1991, she started an independent business consulting in the areas of marketing, budgeting, and
operations, with specialty being the use of technology solutions to enhance systems and increase
efficiency. Consulted exclusively with the Oral Care R&D group at Proctor & Gamble from 1997 - 2012,
then retired at the end of 2012. B.A. from Wilmington College, and an MBA degree from Xavier University.
