Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Admission Office and supervises the Admission Staff. Serves as the committee chair for the Admission Subcommittee and coordinates all recruiting efforts between the faculty, coaching staffs, and admission staff. Oversees all admission publications and copy content of admission web pages.

Chip coordinates the efforts of multicultural recruiting, and is the liaison for OCAN, TRIO and other college access programs. Coordinates the peer mentoring initiatives for incoming students of color. Manages first-time freshman and transfer admission for these students from across the state and nation. Group visit coordinator. Maintains admission web page content; coordinates the admission publications and promotions.

Adam is the liaison for the Agriculture and Biology Departments. His primary responsibility is to target Ohio and regional high school agriculture programs and venues promoting Wilmington College’s
agriculture program. Along with his degree in agriculture, he also has been a long-time member of FFA and served for a year as a state officer and ambassador for the program. He manages our social media outlets for the Office of Admission and assists with data analysis within our recruitment program.

Carissa is the pre-enrollment advisor for first-time freshmen students who are interested in pursuing a major in Business, the Humanities, the Social Sciences, Chemistry and Math. She also coordinates all of our PSEO (Post Secondary Education Opportunity) students, serves as a liaison to the Athletic Department and manages our Student Ambassador Program.

As a native of Wilmington and with a long history with the college, Danny serves as the pre-enrollment advisor for students who are interested in majoring in Athletic Training, Education, and Sport Management. In addition, he serves as the coordinator for the Quaker Leader Scholarship Program.
