Economics is the social science that studies such aspects of society as production, consumption and exchange. You will gain insight into how and when markets work well, and ways in which such variables as inflation and economic growth affect business conditions. Your economics minor is a logical combination with any business administration major and also provides a foundation for a wide variety of graduate studies.
